Mondomarine’s M60 yacht is a striking and contemporary tri-deck semi-displacement new construction superyacht with interior and exterior design by Hot Lab.
The M60’s light alloy hull and superstructure allow for impressive performance and fuel efficiency. She boasts a beautifully designed sundeck forward with a Jacuzzi and panoramic views. The vast outdoor guest spaces are sure to please. Complete with a foredeck helipad and a stylish gym and swim platform, the exterior spaces of the M60 are unique and well suited for entertaining, socializing and relaxing. The M60 also is equipped with two tender garages, one aft and one forward, for easy access to the yacht’s arsenal of watersports, toys and tenders.
The interior of the M60 is contemporary and chic. She is able to accommodate up to 10 guests in five stunning staterooms, including a full-beam master cabin with adjoining private study and en-suite bathroom located on the main deck and three double cabins and one twin cabin located on the lower deck; all staterooms have en-suite facilities.
Termed the Mondo Marine M60 for now, the megayacht is one of a series of designs the shipyard and Dini are collaborating on, intended for owners who want good speeds, sporty lines, and of course the creature comforts typical of pleasure craft. Mondo Marine’s in-house engineering department has performed computational fluid dynamic studies on the design, with an anticipated 18-knot cruising speed and 21-knot-plus maximum speed being among the results. Propulsion comes from twin 3,860-hp MTUs. At a more leisurely (and likely more common) 12 knots, the M60 megayacht should see a 4,100-nautical-mile range.
